All bookings for Shakespeare’s Retreat are made through third-party platforms such as Airbnb and Booking.com. Their terms, including payment, cancellation, and refund policies, apply to your reservation.

Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in and check-out times are provided at the time of booking. Access details will be shared before arrival.

Guest Numbers

Only the number of guests stated on the booking are permitted to stay at the property.

Use of Property

The property is for holiday accommodation only. Parties, events, or commercial use are not permitted. Guests are asked to respect the property and neighbours at all times.

Damage & Loss

Guests are responsible for any damage, loss, or excessive cleaning required during their stay and may be charged accordingly through the booking platform.

Smoking & Pets

The property is non-smoking. Pets are not permitted unless explicitly stated on the booking platform.

Liability

Shakespeare’s Retreat is not responsible for loss, damage, or injury to guests or their personal belongings during their stay, except where required by law.

Right to Refuse or Terminate Stay

We reserve the right to refuse entry or terminate a stay if these Terms & Conditions are breached.
